Get the agreed security work across the finish line.
A finding creates value when someone can act on it. We help turn an approved priority list into practical work, with attention to dependencies, operating constraints and evidence of completion.
From recommendation to change plan
We review the available findings and confirm what the proposed change is meant to achieve. Together we identify affected services, required access, decision-makers and anything that must happen first.
Make the work visible.
Your change plan sets out what will change, who approves it, who performs it and how the result will be checked. Where applicable, it also includes a maintenance window, backup or rollback provisions, and a response if validation does not pass.
Verify the result.
We check the agreed control and relevant operating functions after implementation. Your completion record explains the changes made, the checks performed, outstanding exceptions and who now owns the configuration.
Designed to fit existing arrangements.
Work can be shared with your internal team or existing provider. Some changes depend on platform vendors or equipment outside the agreed scope; we identify those dependencies before promising an outcome.
Already have an assessment?
Bring the report or a description of the issue to the initial conversation. We can discuss whether a focused remediation engagement is an appropriate next step. Sensitive reports should be shared only after a suitable exchange method is agreed.
